Style Profile
The first thing you will do when you sign up for Stitch Fix is fill out the Style Profile.
Doing this will help your personal stylist understand your size, style, shape, budget, and lifestyle.
Schedule Your Fix
Select a day in the near future for your Fix to be delivered.
Before your Fix is styled, make sure to leave a note for your stylist. This is where you have the opportunity to share any specific items you are looking for. Are you going on a trip? Do you need new fashion for the season? Are you looking for date night attire? Whatever it is, let them know so you get your best Fix possible.
When your personal stylist selects items for you box, you will be charged a $20 styling fee. That $20 will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your shipment.
Receive Your Fix & Try On
One of the best things about Stitch Fix is that you get to try on everything in the comfort of your own home.
Make sure to try on each piece your stylist sends — you might be surprised what will look and feel great on you.
I also encourage you to create new outfits by pairing items you already own with what’s in your Fix.
Checkout
You have three days to decide what you want to keep.
Checkout by logging into your account online or on the Stitch Fix app to give your stylist feedback on each item in your shipment and pay for the items you want to keep. Providing a detailed response for each item is important because it helps your stylist better understand you and your style.
The $20 styling fee will be applied as credit toward any items you purchase. If you buy all five items, you’ll get 25-percent off the entire purchase
Mail Back What You Don’t Keep
Place the items you don’t want into the prepaid mailer and drop it into any USPS mailbox.
