Our screened in porch might be my favorite spot in our home, and I pour a lot of work into it to make it beautiful yet functional for our family.
Last year I added a daybed for cozy outdoor lounging. It has been a hit and isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
This season, though, I want to kick it up a notch. We want comfortable chairs out here, a larger rug, and I would love to find an antique dresser that will work for a shoe and toy storage. Basically, I want our porch to be an extension of our living space with new and vintage touches.
I’m not making any changes to the daybed set up or the lanterns and string lights. That all is perfect and can stay. My vision for the additions that will help round out this space and make it ultra homey are below.
