Happy April! I am trying something new today, friends, by sharing my most recent Amazon finds.

I always enjoy reading posts like these and seeing what others are shopping for.

From spring fashion to home improvement essentials, here’s everything I bought (and love — I left out the duds) from Amazon during the first three months of 2019.

1///Amber Glass Bottles with Pump Dispensers

Earlier this year I shared a post about the ways I am adopting a more eco-friendly lifestyle, and many of the items I bought from Amazon over the last few months align with those lifestyle goals. These amber glass soap dispensers are a great example of that. I use these in my kitchen and bathrooms for hand soap. It’s more economical and eco-friendly to buy one larger container of hand soap and refill these glass bottles as needed instead of buying several small plastic bottles of hand soap for each sink. I got this two-pack of 16-ounce bottles for $13. Since I bought these in January, I have only had to fill them once, so they hold a lot of soap. Plus, I love the way the amber bottles look next to my sinks.

2///Black Maxi Dress

This maxi dress is incredibly versatile and it’s under $20. You will see it again later this week when I share my spring 2019 capsule wardrobe, but I wanted to include it in this Amazon roundup, as well, because it is perfect for spring and summer. I love the slits on each side of the skirt — they give the dress a little something extra so it’s not just a basic black maxi. I have mostly been wearing it with my denim jacket since it’s still a little chilly here in North Carolina.

3///Reusable Produce Bags

Also part of my more eco-friendly lifestyle change are these reusable produce bags. I was disgusted at the amount of plastic bags we were using during each grocery trip and these reusable produce bags have been a huge help in cutting back on how many plastic produce bags we come home with. This set of 15 comes is three sizes and is priced under $15.

4///Stainless Steel Straws

If you follow me on Instagram, you know these reusable straws have been a lifesaver for me. One of my biggest goals for this year was to eliminate my use of plastic straws (save the sea turtles!) and these stainless steel straws have been the trick to accomplishing that goal. I carry two or three in my purse for when I eat at restaurants, I leave three in my desk drawer at work, and the rest are at home. They were only $9 for a 12-pack.

5///Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit

I haven’t shared about this product yet, but I bought it to redo the sink top in our master bathroom. That’s a home improvement project I have on my calendar for the next few weeks — as soon as I finish painting our spare bathroom floors. Basically, this tub & tile resurfacing kit should transform our master bathroom sink from an outdated brownish shade to a beautiful bright white modern beauty. Stay tuned!

6///Straw Clutch

I have been obsessed with this adorable straw clutch. Priced under $20, it is the perfect, inexpensive accessory for spring and summer.

7///Wooden Ring Handbag

Also a favorite is this darling bag with wooden ring handles. You will see more of it in my spring capsule wardrobe post that I hinted at earlier, but it also comes with a shoulder strap so you can carry it different ways. At $34, it’s a little pricier than the clutch above, but it is worth it, in my opinion.

8///Jute Rug

I invested in two of these 2″x3″ jute rugs for our kitchen (one for in front of the stove, one for in front of the sink) when we updated the space at the beginning of the year. They fit perfectly with the industrial farmhouse vibe we created and are actually really comfortable to stand on.

9///Puck Lights

Remember when we added the sconce lights to our living room last month? These puck lights kept us from having to hardwire the sconces to make them functional, and we have loved them ever since we installed them. They cast the perfect amount of light in our living room to create a cozy, romantic evening glow. I only needed two puck lights for the wall sconces but ordered a pack of six. We plan to add the remaining four lights under our cabinets in our kitchen for additional under-cabinet lighting.

10///Black Tassel Dress

My final share for this Amazon roundup is this black tassel dress. It is only $11! I figured that it will be cute with a denim jacket and wedges for a date night dress, or I can use it as a bathing suit coverup this summer.

That’s all for now, folks. If you like these posts, I will try to share a roundup every few months. For regular updates on home improvement projects, style, and general life, make sure you’re following along on Instagram!
