Thank you to PinkBlush for sponsoring today’s post. All opinions expressed are my own.

As a first-time mom-to-be, one of the things I struggled with most early on during my pregnancy was how to dress my changing body. I felt like everything was growing — my belly, my chest, my hips and my bottom — and that’s because everything was. And at a much faster pace than I thought it would.

One of my favorite PinkBlush pieces is this long sleeve sweater in mocha with a fun cinched sleeve. The color is perfect for fall and winter, and I love that I can wear it now and after our little guy arrives at the beginning of the year.

Don’t get me wrong. I love being pregnant and carrying our baby boy, but looking in the mirror and not recognizing your body as your own can be difficult at times.

That is exactly why I started wearing maternity clothes early in my pregnancy.

At about 14 weeks, the pants, jeans, and skirts that I typically rotate through weekly were the first pieces in my meticulously curated capsule wardrobe to stop fitting properly, and I was feeling down about my appearance. I didn’t “look” pregnant (meaning my belly wasn’t a cute round bump yet) and I hadn’t actually gained any weight, so how was it that my clothes were not fitting?

On top of it, I had other well-meaning women in my ear telling me I didn’t need to buy maternity clothes yet … that it was too early. And then there were some who told me they never had to buy maternity clothes at all; they were able to wear their regular tops throughout their pregnancy and simply add pregnancy extenders to their bottoms.

That was not me, though, and I felt terrible about myself each time I tried without success to pull up my favorite jeans over my suddenly wider hips.

After all, all women are different. All pregnancies are different. And nobody shares the same experience with how they grow and change during pregnancy.

That was the message my sweet husband preached to me during those early weeks as I cried in my closet getting dressed for work each morning.

Despite how early on it was, the only way I could think to positively impact my own body image was to dress myself in clothes that actually fit my body.

Once I decided to invest in new clothes, I turned to PinkBlush, an online maternity fashion boutique. That’s where I found affordable clothes designed to fit and grow with my body.

PinkBlush has a beautiful selection of maternity tops, bottoms, jeans, and dresses that cater to everyone’s unique personal style.

Now six months pregnant, I have ordered several things from PinkBlush and have had such a great experience. And the best part is, I feel confident in my own skin wearing my maternity styles from PinkBlush.

There are many things I appreciate about PinkBlush, but here’s what I love most:

Easy returns

I have had to send back two things because they didn’t fit me quite right and the return and refund process was simple. Plus, it was nice that returns postmarked within ten days of the delivery date get free return shipping. Once my returns were mailed and received by PinkBlush, my refund was quickly issued back to my original form of payment.

Quality pieces and fair prices

I didn’t want to spend a lot of money building my maternity wardrobe, but I also didn’t want to waste my money on clothes that wouldn’t last me through my entire pregnancy and beyond. Nothing irks me more than when I spend money on clothes only to have pieces fall apart after a couple of wears. Everything I have ordered from PinkBlush is quality made, and I don’t have to worry about how many washes or wears I’ll get out of my pieces.

Not your mom’s maternity wear

I used to think maternity fashion had to look a certain way, and I love that PinkBlush has reshaped my thoughts on bump style. All of their pieces are trendy and made for the modern mama — whether you’re heading to the office or kicking back in jeans and a comfy sweatshirt.

Style range

PinkBlush has everything you could possibly need to get you through your entire pregnancy — from jeans, trousers, leggings, skirts, cute tops, basic t-shirts, pajamas, and beyond — and their product catalog is constantly rotating. Their dresses, though, are my absolute favorite. I ordered my baby shower dress, a bridesmaid dress, and a dress for our maternity photos from PinkBlush and love all of them so much. The best part is, a lot of their styles are made to be worn during and after pregnancy.

Size range

Probably the most important thing to note about PinkBlush, in my opinion, is their inclusive sizing. So many of their styles are offered in sizes ranging from XS to 3X.

If you’re looking to update your closet with beautiful, quality maternity fashion, I cannot recommend PinkBlush enough.
